What should you do if you cannot make the agreed appointment?

No problem: appointments are intended to help us, not tie us down.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel it 24 hours beforehand. If you do not attend an agreed appointment (no-show), you will be charged for the session you have missed. Thank you for your understanding.
